Still in critical condition Tsarnev is still at a hospital waiting for his formal trial. Although he has obtained a very important tool for his freedom; Judy Clarke. Judy is a very prominent lawyer that has defended many violent offenders. Some offendedrs include: Ted Kaczynski, the "unibomber". It is still unsure what the final verdict will turn out to be but for Tsarnaev he has a very good chance that he will avoid death row; only with growing support.

Wow, I'm so surprised all of this is going on, the bomber is receiving the service of a prominent lawyer, supporters are rallying behind him...Unfortunately these legal processes tend to be drawn out, however, and by the time a verdict is reached this case might be long gone from the public's mind. Oh well, I guess we will keep waiting while we can, but either way I'm pretty sure that Tsarnaev is not in for a fun ride, whether or not he ever gets sentenced to death row.
